At Care at Home we support people to stay in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, with assistance packages specifically tailored to their needs. We provide flexible care and support – ranging from a telephone reminder to ensure medication is taken, a short visit to say hello and check everything is okay, through to 24-hour support which can include anything from personal care and support with household tasks, to help to get out and about.
