Registered Person/ Quality Assurance Manager
Through her career she has developed a range of expertise and gained experience in the health care environment which places her in an excellent position to be a manager of Rojene Live-in Care. She has worked in a range of settings but most importantly has worked in the community and one to one in people's homes. This gives her great insight and enables her to fully understand the needs of Clients and Careworkers in this setting. She has worked independently and been a supervisor and facilitator for Care Workers. During her time working for Gloucester and Cheltenham Social Services she worked effectively as part of the multidisciplinary team, she has also developed the ability to respond and adapt to changing health care needs; making decisions and assessing risk by being a lateral thinker and innovative worker. She has excellent communication skills, and believes in working with the client and their family to enable her to deliver high quality care to clients. She realises the importance of understanding of the culture, religion and language of the clients and their families.
