This document summarises basic information about Rojene Live-in Care for customers of our service, people who are considering using our service, prospective customers, and their friends, relatives and carers. It also includes the material required by the Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations 2002. The regulations state that we are also required to have in place a 'Statement of Purpose'. This is an in depth document containing information about:
- Our organisation;
- Our aims and objectives,
- The nature of the services which we provide,
- The names, addresses, qualifications and experience, of the people who manage Rojene Live-in Care
- The range of qualifications of our care workers.
- Our arrangements for handling complaints and suggestions,
- The services that we offer and the fees charged.
